摘要
在对电熔氧化锆的化学成分、物理性能及生产工艺进行简述后,详细介绍了电熔氧化锆在陶瓷色料及耐火材料方面的应用。由于锆基色料呈色稳定性好、呈色力强、混溶性好、色泽纯正,因而电熔氧化锆在陶瓷色釉料中的用量增加。今后,电熔氧化锆的应用领域将不断拓宽,在部分领域可能取代化学锆,因此需求量也会迅速增长,应用前景十分看好。
The chemical composition, physic properties, and the process for zirconia made by electric smelting were briefly described, and the applications in refractory and color frit on the pottery for zirconia by electric smelting were introduced in detail. The utility quantity of zirconia by electric smelting in color frit on the pottery is increasing because zirconia matrix frit has a good stability and capability for coloration, excellent mixture harmonization, and a pure color. In the future, the applied prospects will be rise, the requirements will increase quickly, the applied area will continuously extend, in which it can be instead of chemical zirconia.
