摘要
我国桑椹资源丰富,它是一种即有营养价值又有药用价值的水果,以桑椹为原料可以制成多种营养保健食品和医疗食品。就桑椹的营养成分、桑椹食品的开发及在医疗中的运用进行了总结。
Mulberry is rich in our country. It have much nutrition and much function about medical care. Raw materials of mulberry fruit can be produced for a variety of nutritional health food and medical foods.This paper review progress nutrition ingredients of mulberry, the development of mulberry foods and the use in medical.
