摘要
单核细胞增生李斯特菌是一种能引起人畜共患的食源性致病菌之一。近年来,在许多国家,它被列为卫生部门重点检测的几种食源性致病菌之一。主要介绍了单核细胞增生李斯特菌的污染及其检测方法研究进展。
L. monocytogenes is one kind of Listeria which can cause people and animals suffer from food source pathogenic bacterias, In recent years, in many countries, it is listed as medical department key examination one of several kinds of food sources pathogenic bacterias. This article mainly introduced the pollution of the L. monocytogenes and its detection method research progress.
