摘要
单条生产线规模的大型化可提高劳动生产率,降低单位生产能力的投资和成本,但同时也带来增加进口设备投资、部分设备效率下降和市场销售压力加大等问题。因此,大型化应有提高技术水平作保证,其相关措施有:提高分解炉的热力强度,采用二支承回转窑,加强对运行中的设备及其运行情况的监控等。
Enlarging single production line to large scale will improve productivity and reduce investment and cost and at the same time will bring some problems like import equipment investment increased,some equipment efficiency decreased and more market pressure.So to improve its technology is needed as increasing thermal intensity of the calciner,using double supporter for ro tary kiln and intensifying monitoring and control of the running equipment and their conditions etc..
