摘要
用微生物发酵方法生产聚β-羟基丁酸(PHB)已成为研究生物可降解性塑料的热点.本文对近年来PHB发酵研究的进展进行了介绍,重点介绍了影响PHB积累的因素、PHB高密度发酵技术和PHB发酵动力学模型.
In this summary, recent years development of PHB fermentation was introduced. The effect factors of PHB accumulation, the high cell density culture techniques and kinetic mod-els of PHB fermentation were reviewed in detail.
