摘要
目的探讨经翼点硬膜外入路视神经管减压治疗外伤性视神经损伤的效果。方法回顾性分析2002年12月至2005年12月间收治的17例颅脑损伤合并视神经损伤患者的临床资料,比较视神经管减压手术前后的视力变化。结果患者受伤至手术时间为伤后9h至6d,均有视神经管骨折,术前视力为黑朦,术后视力都得到改善,12例有效提高,无术后并发症。结论经翼点硬膜外入路减压治疗外伤性视神经损伤安全有效,应尽早施术并灵活掌握手术指征。
Objective To indetify the effect of decompression of optic nerve canal with extra-dural trans-pterional approach to treat traumatic optic neuropathy（TON）. Methods 17 patients with TON are retrospectively analyzed with clinical records and visual recovery after surgical decompression. Results The periods between the injury and operation ranged from 9 hours to 6 days. All patients had optic eannal fractures andvisual loss before the surgery. The visual acuity improvement was in 12 patients after surgical decompression. Conclusion Extra-dural trans-pterional approach is effective and safe for optic nerve deeompression in patients with traumatie optie neuropathy .
