摘要
本文介绍了三种用于β-环状糊精含量检测的方法:分光光度法、高效液相色谱法、旋光法,其中旋光法简单方便实用,可用于工业生产中。
This ariicle introduces three methods for content determinaiion of beta - cyclodextrin ： spectrometric method, high performance liquidchromatography method and polarimetric methodof which polarimetric method is simple. Convenient, applied and can be used in industrial priduction.
