摘要
构建社会主义和谐社会要求从理论上回答社会主义市场经济下的分配关系问题。为此,就要揭示社会主义市场经济与按劳分配的内在联系,处理好六个关系,即主体与非主体的关系,初次分配与再次分配的关系,先富与共富的关系,系统治理与垄断领域改革的关系,深化改革与全民共享的关系,积极引导私营企业正确处理劳资关系。
Construction of the socialist harmonious society wants to answer the question about the distribution relation under the socialist market economy from theory. Therefore, it is necessary to reveal the internal link between the socialist market economy and the distribution according to work ; to well handle the six relations, i. e. the relation between the main body and the non - main body; the relation between the first distribution and the re - distribution ; the relation between the first being rich and the being rich together; the relation between the systemic improvement and the reform of monopoly field; the relation between deepening reform and the co - enjoyment of the whole people ; the relation between actively leading the private enterprises and correctly handling employee - employer relation.
