摘要
随着加入WTO和制度创新的深化,我国经济发展整体上继续向好;但现代市场经济的发展有赖于信用的发展;信用缺失伤及经济的根基,隐含着危机。诚实信用,不仅是一种道德规范,更是一种权利与义务、利益与责任的对等关系。信用的治理和建树,有赖于制度体系的架构。
As China enters WTO and the renewal of the system goes deeper, the nation's economy keeps on going very well in total. However, the growth of the modern market economy relies on the development of the credit. The bases of the economy would be hurt because of the lack of credit. It contains a lot of crises. Honesty and trustworthiness is not only a kind of morality but a kind of equal relation between rights and obligations, benefits and duties. The governance and success of credit relies on the construction of the system.
