摘要
目的分析洛阳市区7岁以下儿童头发中的铅含量。方法发样0.4克经硝酸-高氯酸(10∶1)硝化后双硫腙分光光度法测定铅含量。结果76份发样的铅含量均值为13.2μg/g,其中3岁以下儿童的发铅含量较低。结论发铅水平的测定对儿童铅接触情况的判断有一定的指导意义。
Objective To analyze lead content in hair of under seven years old in Luoyang. Methods 0.4g hair sample was nitrified by HNO_3-HClO_4(10∶1)and lead content was determined by spectrophotometry. Results The averaged lead content of 76 hair samples was 13.2μg/g, and it is lower in the group below three years old than the others. Conclusion Determination of lead in hair samples is useful to diagnose lead poisoning of children.
