摘要
采用原子荧光光谱法测定人发中硒的含量.健康者(100人)头发中硒的平均含量为0.58~0.65μg/g;心脏病、高血压等患者与癌症病(50人)头发中硒的平均含量为0.21—0.40μg/g。研究结果表明:心脏病、高血压等患者与癌症病人发硒的平均含量明显低于正常人.该方法的相对标准偏差为5.29%,方法简便、快速、准确.
The determination of selenium in human hair by atomic fluorescence spectrometry is studied. The average concentration of Se is 0. 58 - 0. 64 ug/g for one hundred healthy people, and 0. 20 - 0. 43 μg/g for fifty patients. The results show that the concentration of Se in the hair of patients is lower than that in healthy person and the detection results can be used for the reference of clinical diagnosis. HNO3-HClO4 complex acids are used for sample pretreatment. The relative standard deviation (RSD) is 5.29%. This method is simple, fast but accurate.
