Determination of selenium in hair by atomic fluorescence spectrometry with microwave digestion

摘要 目的:建立微波消解-氢化物发生原子荧光光谱测定人发中硒的方法。方法:发样经微波消解后,以抗坏血酸、硫脲为还原剂,用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱测定硒的浓度。结果:本法在硒浓度为0μg/L~10μg/L的范围具有良好的相关系数(r=0.9997),其最低检出浓度为0.088μg/L。应用此法对发样进行加标回收实验,加入量为2.5μg/L时,回收率范围为86.1%~101.9%,平均回收率92.8%;加入量为5.0μg/L时,回收率范围为85.4%~95.4%,平均回收率90.2%。结论:该法简便快速、灵敏度高、重现性好,适用于人发中微量硒的快速测定。 Objective:To establish a method for determination of selenium in hair by atomic fluorescence spectrometry with microwave digestion.Methods:Take the antiscorbutic acid,the thiourea as the reducing agent,determination of selenium in hair by atomic fluorescence spectrometry with microwave digestion.Results:The method had good linearity(r=0.9997) for the concentration of selenium from 0 μg/L to 10 μg/L,the detection limits were 0.088 μg/L.The recoveries were 86.1%~101.9% with an average of 92.8%(2.5 μg/L),85.4%~95.4% with an average of 90.2%(5.0 μg/L).Conclusion:This method is simple and rapid and had good accuracy and reproducibility.So it is suitable for the determination of selenium in hair.
