金属表面防腐用含聚四氟乙烯复合涂膜的研制 被引量:9

Preparation of PTFE Composite Coatings on Metal Surface

摘要 聚苯硫醚(PPS)和聚酰亚胺(PI)具有高温熔流性以及与金属表面良好的粘接性,将其与PTFE制成混合涂膜,即可以保持PTFE的耐腐蚀、耐高温和固体润滑的特点,又可与金属表面有良好的粘结强度。试制了PTFE+PPS、PTFE+PPS以及PTFE+PPS+PI三种复合涂料,经比较得知,PTFE+PPS+PI复合涂膜的性能最好,其附着力为1级,柔韧性达到1mm,冲击强度大于500N.cm。还考察了涂膜的耐腐蚀性和抗热震性。 Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) or/and polyimide (PI) have high adhesive ability and fluidity on the metal surface, which may im- prove the properties of polytetrailuoroethylene (PTFE)coatings. The mixture coatings of PTFE,PPS 和 PI would possess the properties of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and solid lubrication of PTFE, and also have higher adhesive strength. In the paper the mixture coatings of PPS + PTTE, PI + PTFE and PPS + PI + PTFE were prepared. The adhesive force,ductility and impacting strength of the coatings on steel were measured, and the adhesive force is 1st grade,the ductility'is lmm and the impacting strength is over 500 N.cm. The physical properties of the coatings did not changed after 10 times recycling of hest-quonching, which showed that the coatings of PTFE-PPS-PI had excellent property to be protected from the cracks in the recycling of heat-quenching.
