成分配比对PPS/金属材料摩擦性能的影响

摘要 在经喷丸的25#钢表面复合一层聚苯硫醚(PPS)基塑料层,塑料层成分为PPS、热致性液晶聚合物(TL-CP)、热塑性聚酰亚胺(TPI)和石墨。分析不同配比对塑料工作层摩擦磨损性能的影响。摩擦磨损试验结果表明,TLCP、TPI和石墨可以很好地提高PPS的摩擦学性能;在一定的干摩擦状态下,不同配比的塑料工作层摩擦性能有较大差异,最优的摩擦因数为0.14,磨损体积为0.001 cm3;随着摩擦转速和载荷的增大,复合材料的摩擦因数都有一定的上升;TPI的加入促进了PPS、TLCP、石墨之间的相容性,使复合材料的摩擦性能得到了进一步的提高。 The surface of 25# steel shot peening in advance was compounded with a plastic layer which consisting of PPS, TLCP, TPI and graphite. Effect of the different proportions of the plastic layer on the friction and wear performance was analyzed. Friction and wear test results showed that TLCP, TPI and graphite can well improve the PPS tribological properties. The different proportions of the plastic work layer affected friction performance differently. The optimal friction coefficient was 0. 14 and the wear volume was 0. 001 cm3 of composite material. Along with the increase of friction speed and load, the friction coefficient had a certain rise. TPI can promote the compatibility between PPS, TLCP and graphite. The friction performance of the composite material was further improved by this process.
