摘要
介绍碳纤维增强聚四氟乙烯(CF/PTFE)在潜艇上作为高压空气瓶减振垫材料的研究应用情况,讨论了原材料及制各工艺对CF/PTFE性能的影响。该材料取代原铅减振垫材料后大大提高潜艇高压空气瓶的耐腐蚀性、安全性、可靠性和使用寿命。
This paper introduces the researching and application of carbon fiber reinforced PTFECCF/ PTFE) as damping pad on high-pressure air cylinder of submarine , discusses the influence of raw materials and preparation technology on CF/PTFE' s performance. After the replacement of lead damping pad by CF/ PTFE,the corrosion resistance,safety,reliability and service life of high-pressure air cylinder of submarine has been greatly raised.
