摘要
目的建立驴胶补血颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,蒸发光散射检测器,色谱柱采用安捷伦C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)柱,乙腈-水(37:63)为流动相,流速为1.0ml,柱温为40℃,漂移管温度105℃;载气流速为2.7ml·min^-1。结果结果表明黄芪甲苷进样量在2.505-12.525μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9991,平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为0.54%(n=6)。结论该方法简便,准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC - ELSD method for determination of astragaloside in Lvjiaobuxue Granule. Methods With Agilent XDB C18 (4.6 mm× 250 mm,5 μm) , acetonitrile - water(37: 63 ) was used as the mobile phase, the temperature of drift tube was 105℃. Results The linearity was obtained from 2. 505 - 12. 525 μg(r =0.999 1 ). The average recovery was 100.1% with RSD =0. 54% ( n = 6 ). Conclusion The method is sensitive , simple , specific and accurate for determination of astragaloside in Lvjiaobuxue Granule.
