摘要
目的:建立驴胶补血颗粒中阿魏酸的含量测定方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,色谱柱采用依利特SinoChrom ODS-BP(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)柱,甲醇-0.05%冰醋酸溶液(35:65)为流动相,流速为0.7 ml/min,柱温为25℃,检测波长为320 nm.结果:阿魏酸进样量在0.462～0.924 μg内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.999 5,平均回收率为97.8%,RSD为2.01%(n=5).结论:该方法简便,准确、重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制.
Objective.. To establish content assay method of ferulic Acid in Lvjiaobuxue Granule by HPLC. Methods：A Sino Chrom ODS-BP column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）was selected as separation column at 25℃. The mobile phase consists of MeOH-0.05% acetic acid（35：65）. The flow rate was 0.7 ml·min^-1. The detection wavelength was at 320nm. Results：The linear ranges of ferulic acid was 0.462～0.924μg（r= 0.9995）. The average recovery was 97.8% and RSD was 2.01%（n=5）. Conclusion ：The method was simple, accurate, reproducible and suitable to be used in quality control of the Lvjiaobuxue Granule.
