PBL教学法在我院基础医学教学中的应用和与传统教学模式的角色转换 被引量：65

摘要 由于PBL教学与传统教学的模式不同,教师能否在这种不同教学模式中完成角色的转变成为能否更多更好地开展PBL教学的关键。教师在PBL模式中虽然不是教学的中心,但却是一个策划者、学习指导者、目前的教师多受教于传统教学,专业知识强,却不一定具备较丰富的横向学科知识。要担当起PBL模式中的教师角色,须从学习的指导者,促进者,咨询者及评价者等多方面来准备,要有快速掌握及应用的心态,提高自身素质以胜任PBL教学。
