2 1世纪 ,教育被赋予了新的特征 ,教师也必须从传统的角色束缚中解放出来 ,由学习指导者转变为生活设计者、文化传授者转变为知识建构者、教材执行者转变为教学研究者、教学者转变为学习者、教学教学管理者转变为人际关系的艺术家。
In the 21st century, education is endowed with new features and the teacher, too, should extricate himself from the traditional role, transforming himself from a provider of guidance of study to a designer of life, from a conveyor of culture to an architect of knowledge, from a follower of the textbook to a researcher of teaching, from an instructor to a learner, and from an administrator of teaching activities to an artist of interpersonal relations.
