城市规划是解决城市这个巨系统中一些特殊问题的工具和方法,城市规划解决的是未来的发展,而未来是不确定的,因此规划的一个主要任务是发现、评估和减少未来的不确定性。
Unber planning is a tool and method to settle some particular problems of the city which is regarded as enormous system, Unber planning is to settle the development in the future, however the future is uncertain therefore the main task of planning is to find, evaluate and decrease the uncertainty of future. This article has the preliminarily discussed the uncertainty of the city planning method through some example.
