摘要
试制了一种新型玻璃钢螺旋锚,该种螺旋锚采用渐开不等径螺旋叶片,能逐渐排开土层中的碎砾,对土层的扰动较小。采用强质比很高的玻璃钢代替金属制成的锚杆具有一定的柔韧性,不易腐蚀,能延长使用寿命。还给出锚的结构和设计以及锚杆的拉伸和蠕变特性,并详细描述了下锚的工具和方法。
A new kind of the fiber reinforced plastic(FRP) screw anchor has been trial-produced. Screw vane with involute shape applied to this anchor can crush out little stones around the vane, so the anchor can be turned into soil a desired length with less disturbance. FRP is adopted as anchor rod, which is flexible and not prone to corrosion, so the service life is extended. The material properties, structure and design, tensile and creep properties, the instrument and method of installation of the anchor are given in detail.
