摘要
从市售的烧鸡中分离并纯化病原菌,经培养特性观察、血浆凝固酶试验和生化试验等确定该病原菌为金黄色葡萄球菌。药敏试验结果显示,该菌对环丙沙星、新生霉素和庆大霉素敏感;对青霉素G、头孢氨苄、磺胺嘧啶钠有耐药性。动物试验结果表明,该菌对小白鼠有致病力。
A pathogenic bacterium was isolated and purified from commercial roast chicken, n was confirmed Staphylococcus aureus by cultural character, plasma-coagulase test and biochemistry test. Drug sensitivity test showed that it was sensitive to ciprofloxacin, novobiocin, gentamycin and it was resistant to penicillin G, cefalexin, sulffadiazine sodium. Animal experiment showed that it was virulent to mice.
