摘要
简述了国内外城市更新的发展历程,评析了我国城市更新现状存在的各种不良倾向,并通过诸暨市老城区更新实践,总结出功能再植、交通重组、城市设计、经济分析、时序选择等应时问题的更新策略,期望对同类案例有所启示。
The article outlines the development process of urban renewal, and assesses the harmful trends of urban renewal presence in our country, in the thesis, the author sums up the updating strategies, such as functional rehabilitation, traffic reorganization, urban design, economic analysis, fhe selection of time sequence and so on from the urban renewal practice of Zhuji City. At the same time, the author also expects the study would be useful for the other similar oases.
