摘要
精明增长是美国城市发展的新概念,文章在分析了浙江省城镇发展的背景、条件和发展阶段后,针对空间利用的现状存在问题,提出应借鉴精明增长的基本内容和实践特点走集约型城镇空间增长模式的道路。
Smart growth is a new concept of city development in America. Using the basic contents and characteristics of smart growth as reference, this paper advocates the mode of intensive town space, expatiates the reasons and suggestions on the pattern of intensive growth as regard to the problems existing in utilizing town space of Zhejiang province.
