摘要
目的:观察DHS螺钉配合服用补肾健脾汤治疗老年性股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法:选择70例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组自入院起即给予内服补肾健脾汤,择期行股骨,粗隆间骨,折切开复位DHS螺钉内固定,对照组仅择期行股骨粗隆间骨折切开复位DHS螺钓内固定;疗程1个月,并观察治疗组、对照组出现伤口感染、髓螺钉穿出股骨头、髓内翻等并发症的情况。结果:治疗组、对照组围手术期内均无死亡病例,骨折均临床愈合,随机对比研究观察,治疗组的治疗效果明显优于对照组,且有显著性差异(P<0.025)。结论:采用DHS配合补肾健脾汤加减治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折,是一种良好的方法,可以扩大手术的适应症,减少各种并发症,减少病残率,从而保证病人的骨折完全康复。
Objective：To explore the effect of combined DHS screw fixation with Bushen Jianpi recipe for femur intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly. Methods： Seventy elderly cases of femur intertrocbanteric fracture were randomly divided into two groups：Thirty-six cases in test group were treatment by Chinese traditional Bushen Jianpi recipe since the admission day for one month and a selective fracture replacement followed by DHS screw fixation, Another thirty-four cases in test group were treated only by selective fracture replacement and DHS screw fixation. To evaluated the clinical effects and complications including wound infection and transpierce of screw in femoral head,coax rata. Results：There was no death during peri-operation in both groups. Fractures were clinically recovered in both groups. However, there was a statistically significance in clinical effect in test group than that on control group （P〈0. 025）. Conclusion： It is a better treatment method to combine DHS screw fixation with adjust Busben Jianpi recipe for femur intertrocbanteric fractures in the elderly. It could provide the wider applications of this type of operation and ensure patients＂ full recovery from fractures by reducing the operative complications and morbidity.
