摘要
目的 探讨用解剖钢板治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的临床效果,分析其适应症。方法 选择适合的病人68例,男性12例,女性57例,年龄70-94岁,平均76.1岁。在C型臂X线机监视下行股骨上段纵切口,将骨折复位,解剖钢板内固定。结果 平均随访6个月-5年,65例恢复正常行走,得到满意的效果,无严重合并症出现,术后优良率95.6%。结论 注意手术适应症选择,近端三枚拉力镙钉要拧在股骨头颈区内,对于高龄患者是一种比较理想的治疗方法。
Objective To study the clinical effects of the treatment of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures by anatomical plate,analize the indication.Methods Sixty-eightsuitable cases were selecteda.There were 12 males and 57 females.The eldest is 94 years old.The youngest was 70 years old,the average was 76.1(70-94).The fractures reduced under the monitor of 'C' arm X-ray machine and were fixed by anatomical plates.Results Total cases were followed up for 6 months-5 years,average was 2 years.Sixty-five cases recovered their normal waiking and obtained satisfactory result.After operation the excellent and good rate was 95.6%.Conclusion If we select the proper patients and the draw screws are drived in the head-neck area of the femur,the good result must be obtained.It is rather ideal method to treat the elderly patients.
