摘要
hpRNA介导基因沉默技术是一种下调某个内源目的基因表达的有效技术.本研究将淀粉分支酶基因sbeIIb启动子控制下的sbeIIb基因的hpRNA结构构建于植物双元表达载体pCAMBIA1305.1中,并将该重组载体导入农杆菌超毒力菌株AGL1中,构建了一种适于禾本科的植物转化载体.
In the experiment, the hpRNA structure of a sbeIIb gene under the control of the sbelIb promoter was constructed into the pCAMBIA1305.1 vector, and the recombinant vector was inducted into Agrabactium strain AGL1, to establish a transformation system of the graminaceous plant.
