摘要
用0.35kGy60Co γ射线辐照保持系龙特浦B干种子,M2获得糯性突变体龙特浦wxB,通过与龙特浦A的杂交、回交,育成糯稻不育系龙特浦wxA.龙特浦wxA保留原龙特浦A综合的优良性状和配合力,并于2000年8月通过福建省技术成果鉴定.利用其配制的杂交糯稻新组合特优63糯与特优63具有相同的生育期,十分相似的农艺性状、产量潜力.
Dry seeds of Longtepu B line were treated with γ-ray of ^(60)Co at the dosage of 0.35 kGy, waxy mutants of Longtepu B were obtained from M_2 population, and Longtepu wxA CMS line was developed through Longtepu A crossed and backcrossed with Longtepu wxB. All good comprehensive characteristics and compatibility of Longtepu A were maintained by Longtepu wxA. It was highly evaluated by Fujian Science and Technology Committee in August 2000. With it as parent, the waxy hybrid variety Teyou 63 Nuo was developed. Compared with original Teyou 63, it had the same growth duration, similar characteristics and yield potential.
