碱性成纤维细胞生长因子与肾小管间质纤维化 被引量:3

摘要 碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)是成纤维细胞生长因子家族成员之一,主要作用是促进多种细胞分裂,诱导内皮细胞转化。近年发现,bFGF可促进肾小管细胞再生并使其向成纤维样细胞转化,能刺激肾小球系膜细胞增殖;同时还与TGF—β之间存在正反馈环,在肾小管间质纤维化过程中起重要作用。
