摘要
核因子κB(NF-κB)是介导许多免疫和炎性反应的中心物质,对脑损伤后继发性炎症的发生、发展有重要影响。文章首先综述NF-κB家族成员构成情况及其在细胞中的激活与调控过程,以及NF-κB激活过程中存在的正反馈现象;继而综述NF-κB在神经系统的生理功能,包括NF-κB的激活剂、NF-κB与神经系统的关系;最后着重综述NF-κB在脑损伤中的双重作用及目前针对NF-κB信号转导的阻断研究情况。
Nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB) plays a central role in the immune and inlflamation reaction. NF-κB has significant influence on the genesis and development of secondary inflamtion reaction after brain injury. Firstly, the article reviews the members of NF-κB family, the activation and regulation process of NF- κB, and the positive feedback in the activation process. Secondly, the article reviews the physiologic function of NF-κB in the nervous system, including activating agents of NF-κB, the relationships between nervous system and NF-κB. Finally,dual effects of NF-κB in the brain injury and the blockage research circumstance of NF-κB's signal transduction are emphasized.
