摘要
稳定型水性带锈涂料是由自交联苯丙乳液为成膜物，三聚磷酸二氢铝为主体防锈颜料，拼用磷酸锌、锌黄、氧化锌和铁红组成防锈颜料体系，并加入复合缓蚀剂组成的。介绍了苯丙乳液成膜物及其涂料的制法，并列举了该涂料的性能指标。讨论了影响涂料性能的诸因素。
AbstractA water-borne stable residual rust paint has been de-veloped with self-crosslinkable styrenelacrylic emul-sion as film forming material and aluminium dihydrictriphosphate as main rust resistant pigment as well asthe zinc phosphate , zinc yellow, zinc oxide and ironred and compound inhibitor. The preparation ofemulsion and paint was described , and technical spec-ification of the paint was listed. The factors affectingthe paint properties were discussed.
