摘要
雄性ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠吸入烹调油烟后，通过对其精子形态学进行观察，发现吸入烹调油烟后的雄性大鼠精子数量减少，活动率降低，活动度变差，畸形率增加，且畸形精子类型多为无钩型和香蕉型。提示：吸入烹调油烟对大鼠精子具有毒作用，可能是通过遗传损伤、直接损伤作用等多种途径干扰生精细胞的分化与代谢，从而导致精子形态学改变。
A series of sperm morphological tests were employed to study the reproductive toxicity of cooking oil fume.The results show:after inhalating cooking oil fume by pneogaster for 35 days,male wistar rats have their sperm count decreased,their mobility declines,the percentage of motile spermatozoa also declines,while the rate of abnormal sperm increase.The mejority of abnormal sperm belong to non-hook type and banana type.Few belong to other types.The results indicated that cooking oil fume has toxic action on the sperm of male wistar rats,it disturbs the spermatogenic cell diffenentiation and metabolism by various means,thereas resulting in the sperm cell trauma.
