摘要
采用Fe2+-半胱氨酸系统诱发小鼠不同器官微粒体脂质过氧化反应,以分光光度法测定脂质过氧化物含量;以Fenton反应检测阿克苏黄芪多糖清除羟自由基能力;以氨基酸分析仪测定其氨基酸含量。研究新疆阿克苏黄芪的氧化活性及保键作用。结果:阿克苏黄芪不同提取物中均有对抗肝、脑、心微粒体脂质过氧化作用,而且醇提部分比水提部分作用强。结论:阿克苏黄芪具有抗脂质过氧化作用和清除羟自由基(·OH)作用,抗脂质过氧化作用与蒙古黄芪相当,具有较好的保健功能。
To study the anti-oxidation activity and Health Protection ofArstragalus aksuensis Bge. The effects of A rstragalus aksuensis Bge on Fe^2+ -Cys induced organ (liver, brain, heart) lipid peroxidation and Fenton reaction were studied, amino acids determinated by amino acid analyzer. The concentration of MDA induced by Fe^2+ -Cys, no matter in liver ,brain and heart of mice, could be reduced by Arstragalus aksuensis Bge. The extraction of Arstragalus aksuensis Bge has anti-oxidantion activities and good health protection.
