摘要
目的分析鼠李科植物枳椇(Hovenia acerbaL ind l.)种子石油醚部位的化学成分。方法经理化常数测定、波谱分析等方法进行结构分析。结果分离得到4个化合物,经鉴定为正二十八烷醇(n-octacosanol,Ⅰ)、二十烷酸(e icosane ac id,Ⅱ)、△5,22-豆甾烯醇(stigm asta-5,22-d ien-3β-ol,Ⅲa)和β-谷甾醇(-βsitosterol,Ⅲb)。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲa均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Four compounds were isolated from the seeds of Hovenia acerba Lindl. extracted with petroleum ether, which were identified as n-octacosanol ( Ⅰ ), eicosanc acid ( Ⅱ), the mixture of stigmasta-5,22-dien-3β-ol (Ⅲa ) andβ-sitosterol ( Ⅲb ) with means of physicochemical pmperities and spectroscopic analysis. Ⅰ , Ⅱand Ⅲwere first found in the genus Hovenia Thunb.
