摘要
目的为进一步开发研究瑶族植物药,对福建观音座莲(Angiopteris fokiensis)的化学成分进行研究。方法用硅胶色谱柱和化学方法等手段对乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,并根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其化学结构。结果分离鉴定了7个化合物分别为:β-谷甾醇(1),二十烷酸(2),7β-hydroxysitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside(3),胡萝卜苷(4),sitosteryl-6'-O-undecanoate-D-glucoside(5),紫萁内酯苷(6),金色酰胺醇乙酸酯(aurantiamide acetate)(7)。结论化合物1~7均为首次从福建观音座莲中分离得到。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from Angiopteris fokiensis. Methods These compouds were isolated and purified by column chromatography and other chemical methods.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectra analysis. Results Seven compounds were islolated and identified as,β-sitosterol(1),eicosane acid(2),7β-hydroxysitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside(3),daucosterol(4),sitosteryl-6'-O-undecanoate——D-glucoside(5),osmundalin(6),aurantiamide acetate(7). Conclusion Compounds1-7 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
