摘要
从辣椒果皮中分离到一种具有金属光泽墨红色结晶,根据理化常数测定和质谱、核磁共振谱、紫外-可见光谱以及红外光谱的分析结果,推定该结晶是全反式β-胡萝卜素。
A dark red metallic lustrous crystal was isolated from Jize Capsicum fruits. On the basis of physical chemical constants and spectloscopic data (including MS'HN-MR.UV and IR),it was identified to be all trans β-Carotene
