摘要
以均苯四甲酸二酐为原料,在TM-031为催化剂下,与巯基乙醇反应,在减压条件下合成了均苯四甲酸巯基乙酯。考察了各因素对产品产率的影响,得出最佳工艺条件:在酯化过程中均苯四甲酸二酐与巯基乙醇的物质的量比为1∶4.8,催化剂的用量为反应物均苯四甲酸二酐质量的2.0%,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为5h。在此工艺条件下产品总产率达90%以上,精制后产品纯度(均苯四甲酸四巯基乙酯)>95%。
Pyromllite dianhydride and mercaptoethanol are usea as raw materials, TM-031 as catalyst, tetra-2-mercaptoethyl pyromellitate is synthesized under reduced pressure. The factors which influene the yield of product were investigated. The optimum conditions are as follows: the molar ratio of pyromllitic dian- hydride to mercaptoethanol is 1:4.8, the dosage of catalyst is 2.0% of the mass of pyromllite dianhydride, the reaction temperature is 80℃,and the reaction time is 5 h. Under these conditions, the yield is achieved over 90% and the purity of refined product can be reached over 95%.
