摘要
目的建立冻疮膏樟脑含量测定方法。方法采用气相色谱法测定樟脑的含量。结果樟脑在浓度为0．5055-5．055mg·mL^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9995），平均回收率为98．72％，RSD=0．65％。结论本法简便、准确、专属性强，可有效控制冻疮膏的质量。
Objective To determine the contents of the camphor in Dongchuang Ointment by GC. Methods Camphor was determined by GC. Results It was showed that Camphor had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.5055 -5.055mg·mL^-1 and the average recovery was up to 98.72% with RSD of 0.65%. Conclusion The methods could be effective for the quality control of Dongchuang ointment.
