摘要
大学教师与学生的关系往往是一种教学相长的关系。大学教师在教学过程中得到精神上的回报和学术上的收获;在科研中可以不断发现新知,克服职业倦怠;通过发表论著和获得奖励,得到社会的承认,获得学术声望,从而在学术生涯中获得较高层次的成就感。大学教师要想取得杰出的成就,就应努力追求以学问为乐趣的境界,以学术为志业,以做学问为生存方式。
The relationship between university teachers and students is usually a kind of relation that teaching benefits teachers as well as students. University teachers get return in mentality and academy in teaching. They can continuously find new knowledge in the research and overcome professional tiredness. They gain recognition of,the society and academic reputation through publishing works with awards so that they could achieve higher level of sense of achievement in their life of academy. University teachers should try to pursue the realm of taking learning as,interest, taking academy as career and taking engagement in scholarship as their living style, if they want to achieve outstanding successes.
