摘要
本文研究了黄腐酸钠对大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞和肾上腺皮质细胞分泌功能的影响。在细胞培养液中加入不同浓度的黄腐酸钠(1~100μg/L),共育3h后用放射免疫分析法测定培养液中雌二醇和皮质酮含量的变化。结果表明黄腐酸钠(10~100μg/L)可明显刺激大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞分泌雌二醇(P<0.01);对大鼠肾上腺皮质细胞分泌皮质酮的影响较复杂,只在4μg/L时有刺激分泌作用(P<0.05),低剂量(1μg/L)和高剂量(10~100μg/L)均无作用。
Effects of Sodium Fuliate (SF) on estradiol (E 2) and corticosterone production were studied in cultured rat granulosa and adrenal cortical cells. SF (1 ̄100μg/L) was added to cultured cells, and after 3h of incubation the quantity of E 2 and corticosterone was determined using radioimmunoassay. The results showed that SF (10 ̄100μg/L) could promote E 2 production (P<0.01),and had a complex effect on the secretion of adrenal cortical cells of rat. SF only 4μg/L exerted a slightly stimulatory effect on corticosterone production (P<0.05),both lower dosage (1μg/L) and higher dosage (10 ̄100μg/L) had no effect on corticosterone production.
