摘要
淫羊藿甙与大鼠卵泡颗粒细胞和肾上腺皮质细胞共育３ｈ后测定培养液中激素含量。结果：淫羊藿甙（３０～１０００μｇ／Ｌ）可促进卵泡颗粒细胞分泌雌二醇；
Icarrin was added to cultured cells and the hormones in culture fluid were determined after 3 hours of incubation.The results showed that icarrin (30～1000 μg/L) could promote the estradiol production of granulosa cells.The most effective concentration was 100 μg/L.Icarrin also exerted a stimulatory effect on corticosterone production at the highest dosage (1000μg/L).
