摘要
一所大学要培养众多创新型理工科人才．就要使教师在传授知识、传授技能的同时．切实地对学生进行精神培育．要注重培养学生使之具备人文精神、科学精神和创新意识,这是培养创新型理工科人才的重要前提。其次,在课程设置上,要注意宽厚基础、文理渗透、理工兼容、学科交叉,要加强实践教学环节,在实践教学中培养创新能力。
To cultivate talents of science and engineering teachers must emphasize spiritual cultivation while imparting knowledge and skills. Teachers must help students develop humanistic spirit, scientific spirit and innovative awareness. Secondly the curriculum should include art, science and engineering. Thirdly practice teaching should be strengthened in which students can develop their innovative ability.
