碘催化丙酸仲丁酯的合成研究 被引量:2

摘要 以碘为催化剂,对仲丁醇与丙酸酐之间的酰化反应进行了研究,考察了催化剂用量、酐醇摩尔比、反应时间对丙酸仲丁酯收率的影响。结果表明,单质碘有着较好的催化活性,当仲丁醇的加入量为0.1 mol,酐醇摩尔比为1.1时,催化剂质量为0.06 g,反应40 min后,丙酸仲丁酯收率可达到93.2%,且所得产品无色透明,具有很高的纯度。产品经折光率和红外光谱进行了表征。 The acylation of sec-butanol with propionic anhydride was studied by using iodine as catalyst.The effect of different factors such as the amount of catalyst,the ratio of sec-butanol to propionic anhydride and reaction time on the yield of sec-butyl propionate were carefully studied.The results showed that I2 has a good catalytic activity.The best reactions condition are as follows:wben the amount of sec-butanol was 0.1mol,the ratio of sec-butanol to propionic anhydride was 1.1,the amount of iodine as catalyst was 0.06g.Therough reacting 40min,the yield of sec-butyl propionate reached 93.2%.The product was colorless and transparent.The product was cbaracterized by refractive index and IR.
