摘要
通过对Ge_xSi_(1-x)脊形光波导中的TE模式的理论分析与计算,得出了不同内脊高b对应的脊宽W与外脊高h的关系曲线。为这种脊形光波导的结构设计提供了可以信赖的依据。
After the TE-mode optical field distributions in Ge_xSi_(1-x) rib waveguide have been analyzed and calculated. At different rib waveguide internal height b , the relation curves between rib waveguide width w and cuter height h have been obtained. All those curves obtained where ate very credit for the design of rib waveguide structure.
