摘要
目的:探讨复方芜荑水和醇提取物体外抗Ι型单纯疱疹病毒(Herpes Simplex Virus-,ΙHSV-Ι)的活性。方法:运用细胞病变法(CPE)及MTT染色法观察复方芜荑水和醇提取物体外对HSV-Ι所致细胞病变的抑制作用、感染的预防作用和对HSV-Ι的直接杀伤作用。结果:复方芜荑水和醇提取物体外有抑制HSV-Ι所致CPE的作用,并且可持续抑制。31.25 mg/ml复方芜荑水提物作用24h和72h后对细胞病变的抑制率分别为69.69%和69.79%;15.625 mg/ml醇提物作用24h和72h后对细胞病变的抑制率分别为50.26%和52.73%。其水提物效果优于醇提物,但两者对于HSV-Ι的直接杀伤作用和感染的预防作用均较弱。结论:复方芜荑体水和醇提取物外有抗HSV-Ι的活性。
Objectives:To study the antiviral effects of water and alcohol extracts of compound of ulmus macrocarpa Hance(CUMH)on herpes simplex virus-Ι in vitro.Methods:The inhibitory effect of water and alcohol extraction of CUMH on cytopathogenic effect(CPE)induced by HSV-Ι in vitro,the preventive effect on infection and the direct lethal effect on HSV-Ι were observed with the methods of CPE and MTT dye.Results: The water and alcohol extracts of CUMH had the inhibitory effect on CPE induced by HSV-Ι in vitro.The inhibitory percentages of 31.25 mg/ml water extract were 69.69% and 69.79% respectively after incubating for 24h and 72h;The inhibitory percentages of 15.625 mg/ml alcohol extract was 50.26% and 52.73% respectively after incubating for 24h and 72h.The inhibitory effect of water extract of CUMH was stronger than that of alcohol extract.But both of the direct lethal action on HSV-Ι and the preventive effect on infection by the water extract and the alcohol extraction of CUMH are weak.Conclusion:The water and alcohol extracts of CUMH had the effect of antivirus of HSV-Ι in vitro.
