摘要
目的观察牛黄复方制剂体外抗Ⅰ型单纯疱疹病毒(HSV-1)效应及其生物效价。方法采用细胞毒性试验、病毒毒力滴定法及MTT染色法观察牛黄复方制剂体外对HSV-1所致细胞病变(CPE)的抑制作用,并计算其生物效价。结果牛黄复方制剂的细胞最大无毒浓度为2-4mg/ml,对HSV-1的TCLD50为10-4.5;牛黄复方制剂在2-10g/ml浓度时,对HSV-1所致细胞病变保护百分率最高,达到53.4%,此时的保护效价为1.125。结论牛黄复方制剂具有显著的抗Ⅰ型单纯疱疹病毒作用。
Objective To investigate the inhibiting effect of bezoar compound preparation on HSV-1 in vitro and to determine its titer at which it actively inhibiting the virus. Methods By using cytotoxicity test, virus virulence titration and MTT staining, the inhibiting effect of bezoar compound preparation on the cellular lesion, induced by virus HSV-1 and indicated as CPE, was determined in vitro and then, its biological titer was calculated based on the results of these experiments. Results The maximum cell non-toxic concentration of bezoar compound preparation was 2-4 mg/ml and its TCLD50 on HSV-1 was 10-4.5. At the concentration of 2^-10g/ml,bezoar compound preparation gave a maximal protective effect on the cytopathy induced by HSV-1 to a rate of 53.4%, with the titer being 1. 125 at this level of pharmacodenamic action. Condusions Bezoar compound preparation holds significant inhibitory effect on HSV-1 as indicated from these experiments.
