摘要
依据某汽车生产厂的要求,对生产线上的汽车组件加工流程采用射频识别技术RFID与组态软件相结合的方式进行改造。系统的PLC部分分为Host Link和Control Link两个网络单元,且最后通过组态王实现了重要信息的处理。改造后,增强了生产系统的可靠性、灵活性,极大提高了生产效率。
According to the requirement of the automaker, we used RFID combined with KingView to reconstruct the product line. The PLC system was divided to two networks and they finally processed the information with KingView, After the reconstruction, the system dependability and agility was buildup and the production efficiency was increased.
