摘要
介绍了白车身生产系统中主流的一些提升柔性化的方案,从总拼系统、分拼系统、传输系统、机器人视觉系统和车型识别系统等5大方面对不同的柔性化方案进行了对比和对应用场景的说明;应用仿真软件结合实际案例找出白车身智能生产线的瓶颈问题,提出增加缓存的方式使生产线达到节拍目标和生产效率的目标。详细说明了白车身智能生产线柔性化和生产线效率优化的两个方面。
This paper introduces some main proposal to improve the flexibility of BIW production system and compares different flexible solutions,and explains the application situation of various scenarios from five aspects,namly,marriage system,sub assembly system,transmission system,robot vision system and vehicle type recognition system. Then,this paper finds out the bottleneck problem of BIW intelligent production line by using simulation software combined with actual cases. The method of adding buffer is applied which makes the production line reach the target of cycle time and production efficiency. The flexibility and efficiency optimization of BIW intelligent production line are described in detail.
