摘要
对知识型人才职能重新认识,指出知识型人才具有创新与管理等主要职能,通过对知识型人才能力信息不对称量化,建立企业、政府与知识型人才之间交易相关理论模型,并提出应用建议。
This paper redefines knowledge talented person function, it points out that the knowledge talented person to have creative and management main function. It studies the trades of business enterprise, government and knowledge talented person, and establish the related theories model, bring up the application suggestion.
