简述水射流技术在钢铁企业热轧生产中的应用与发展。介绍了在钢铁企业热轧生产中应用较为普遍的高压水除鳞技术、控制冷却技术和轧机清洗机的原理。阐述了高压水除鳞系统、控制冷却系统和轧机清洗机主要组成部分的功能与选择原则。展望了水射流技术在钢铁行业的进一步研究与应用。
The authors make a brief introduction to application and development of water jet technology in hot rolling line in iron and steel works, introduce the principles of high - pressure water jet descaling technology and controlled cooling technology as well as roller cleaning machine, which were used widely in hot rolling line in iron and steel works, describe the functions and selecting principles of main components of high - pressure water jet descaling system and controlled cooling system as well as roller cleaning machine, predict the future of R ＆ D and application of water jet technology in iron and steel industry.
